Peace of Mind with the Push of a Button.
Seven days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, our caring, professional staff is there. For about a dollar a day, you can have Philips Lifeline in your home.
Whenever you need help, simply press the lightweight, waterproof help button. This activates a small in-home unit called a communicator, that puts you in touch with a caring Lifeline Response Associate who talks to you to find out what kind of assistance you need. Your Lifeline Response Associate is able to call one of your friends, neighbors or relatives (responders), who will come to your home to check on you. If you need professional help, your Response Associate will call for it immediately. And if you press your button but cannot speak, your Lifeline Response Associate knows exactly what to do.
With Philips Lifeline, your loved ones can rest assured that you're safe, secure and happy in your home. Your health and well being is our only concern. We're always there when you need us.
The Philips Lifeline System is yours for a little more than $1 per day with no installation fee. If you are a home health patient at one of our LHC Group HomeCare agencies and qualify for the Philips Lifeline service, then it is included as part of your plan of care.
A deluxe telephone unit with reminders is also offered, which includes:
Remote Call Answer - allows subscribers to answer all incoming calls with their Lifeline button, reducing the potential for falls when rushing to the phone.
Large, high contrast and illuminated keypad for visually impaired use.
Enunciated dialing announces numbers when pressed.
Three way volume control handset, speaker phone and ring volume.
Hearing aid compatible handset allows user to keep hearing aid in ear and turned on without receiving feedback.
The opportunity for users to communicate more with the outside world if they were unable to do so before.
