Plans, organizes, initiates, implements, and evaluates the patient care delivery system.
Orients, educates, supervises, coordinates, and evaluates patient care staff relative to patient care and efficiency.
Conducts meetings with Medical Director as appropriate and as needed.
Serves as liaison between staff and management.
Supervises the maintenance of accurate patient care records.
Performs staff conferences.
Participates in QA/QI plan process.
Reviews pre-billing for accuracy.
Responsible for coordinating admissions.
Budget/financial.
Is responsible for adhering to all practice standards as they apply to patient care.

Job Requirements:
Current RN license in state of employment.
One (1) year experience in home health preferred.
Current driver's license and vehicle insurance in state of employment, and the ability to travel within a 50 mile radius on a daily basis.
Is responsible for adhering to all practice standards as they apply to patient care.
