Implements and supervises all patient care activities.
Employs licensed/certified personnel.
Assures compliance with all regulatory bodies.
Provides supervision, orientation, education and inservices.
Provides timely evaluation of health care personnel.
Serves as a liaison between staff and management.
Conducts meetings with the Medical Director as needed.
Participates in strategic planning.
Directs patient care.
Participates in QA/QI plan and processes.
Is responsible for adhering to all practice standards as they apply to patient care.
Job Requirements:
Experience in health care management preferred.
Current RN licensure in state of employment; BSN preferred.
One (1) year of full-time experience providing direct patient care in the home health setting and three (3) years experience as a registered nurse.
Current driver's license and vehicle insurance in state of employment, access to a dependable vehicle, and the ability to travel within a 50 mile radius on a daily basis.
Current CPR certification.
Is responsible for adhering to all practice standards as they apply to patient care.
