Educate the medical community about the services of our organization.
Execute a day to week to month marketing agenda to call on doctors, case managers, referral clerks, social workers, rehab units, physician assistants, or any personnel involved in the medical community that could be a potential referral source for home health services or other products and services that relate to our company.
Responsible to track the pacing of his/her agency according to the set Medicare/Medicaid/Private Insurance goals.
Know each day where each agency is according to the set goal.
Have a set itinerary for upcoming agenda - who will be called on, services to discuss, nature of call.
Responsible for compiling all payroll paperwork on time.
Act as a Customer Service Representative to all referral sources.
Coordinate in-services with potential clients for our services.
Responsible to deliver and pick-up orders to be signed.
Responsible for thanking our referral source for using our services and follow-up on the services rendered.
Job Requirements:
Must have Clnical and Sale Experience.
Must be a Self Starter.
Must be a high school graduate.
Must have computer skills with knowledge of spreadsheet and word processor software.
Clerical and business machine skills and knowledge of business accounting.
Good organizational and personal communication skills.
Preferred, one (1) year home health/hospice experience.
Some understanding of home health/hospice coverage issues.
Must have independent means of transportation, possess a valid driver's license in state of employment, be able to drive.
Ability to travel within a 50 mile radius on a daily basis
Automobile liability insurance coverage must be current.
